Training and developing employee will be success from this 5 points :
- Selected Employee
From the first of all we must have the great employee that selected from the recuitment.
- Training
Training for basic knowledge that they should know in purpose they able to work with at least
their own job.
-Implementing
After they trained they have to be able to implement to reach company goals.
- Developing
If the employee is potential, so no reason to not promote the employee to the next level. This is where employee have to develop their own self.
- Implementing on Managerial
After developed the employee must be implementing their knowledge but different from before,
they also will teach the next generation.
