Job Design

There are four main approaches to job design :

The mechanistic approach -> Focuses on the simplest way to structure work so that it can be done most quickly and effectively.

The Motivational approach -> focuses on those aspects of the job that affect the motivational potential of the person in the job.
The Biological approach -> tTo keep the physical strain on the worker's body to a minimum by changing and structuring the physical work environtment around the way the human body works.
The Perceptual-Motor approach -> focus on human capital mental capabilities and limitations.
