Human Resource Management is purposed for individually and collectively total performance optimalization “to achieve organizational success and compete localy and internationally. In order organization to be successful (i.e., prosper, earn a profit or meet society’s needs), reasonable goals in each of these components mush be achieved.”

Fuction of Human Resource Management is “to contribute to profitablility, quality, and other organizational goes through enchanching and supporting organizational operations.”
Most of industry organization split into two category, Managerial, and Operational.
Managerial is for designing, organizational, staffing, instructing, and controlling, meanwhile operational is for supplying, developing, compensation, maintenance, and integrating.
